Know your onions

The Whitecross and District Gardening Club invites you to the first talk of the 19-20 season: Know Your Onions.  This talk by Mike Stephens will give us a wide-ranging and fascinating look at edible and ornamental members of the allium family. That rare subject - something of interest to both vegetable and flower growers.

The club meets on the third Thursday of each month at 7.30pm in the Whitecross Village Hall.   The membership fee is £10 for the year and gives you access to 7 interesting and varied talks, garden club outings, an annual plant sale and a Christmas Party.  New members are always welcome.  Non members pay £3.00 at the door for any talk they attend.
