Lerryn History Society - Visit to the Truro Record office

Sunday 12th September 2010

A visit has been organised to the Cornwall Record Office in Truro on Thursday 30th September. We will be shown round the facility by Deborah Tritton and her staff, tour the vaults, and be shown the various record facilities and how to use them.  Because we are expected to make a donation of £30.00 towards the Record Office's document fund, there will be a charge of £3.00 per person for the visit.

The visit, lasting for approximately two hours, will commence at 6.00 p.m. and we will depart Lerryn Car Park at 5.00 p.m.  In order to keep cost down we propose to use cars, and at the moment we have capacity for 9 people; any volunteers to drive would be welcome.

If you would like to take part in this visit, please give your name to Paul Weatherhogg, "Trelinhay", Lerryn 01208 873621

This visit is open to anyone who is interested, but it only costs £1.00 to become a member, so why not join at the same time?
