Pete the Fish

Peter Randall was not in the village today.  Following the operation on his foot, Pete's recovery has been very slow and painful, and, at last, he has decided to rest with his foot up to allow the swelling to subside.  He is on a concoction of antibiotics and, today, he was watching the Commonwealth Games on TV and joking that he was probably the only person viewing!  He is anxious to return to work and wants to be back next week.  We wish him well and hope that he allows sufficient time to get fully fit again.
