Produce Show Winners!
Tuesday 10th August 2021
The year 2020 should have seen the 70th Lerryn Produce Show. Of course owing to the covid pandemic, it had to be cancelled and until July 2021 the committee were still unsure that we would be able to go ahead. We are delighted that with last minute arrangements put in place it was able to happen.
Would anyone be able or want to bring exhibits to the show?
Would anyone want to come this year?
We needn't have worried.
Locals and visitors alike made it a very special day and we all enjoyed being back together again in our lovely village hall with a wonderful display of high quality exhibits and 70th celebration cake which we all enjoyed after the prize giving at the end of the show.
Our thanks go to Mr & Mrs Andrew Leslie who kindly openned the show but I would also like to thank everyone for showing that we are stll a close community who knows how to pull together and enjoy ourselves.
