Re- William James 'Jim' Hollings - Can you Help ?!

We've had the following message at Lerryn.net and wonder if any of you can help.

Hi could anybody help with any information (however small) regarding a William James \'Jim\' Hollings and his wife Cicely who ran the Old Forge Hotel in Lerryn.

I have become quite hooked on my family history. He was my grandfather (Cicely would have been his second wife).

Does anybody who still lives in Lerryn still remember him (he died in 1986) and have any photos possibly
