Tenders for Gardening Services
The following gardening services are required by St Winnow Parish Council:
To grass cut the below areas four times per year; April, June, August and October. All grass cuttings to be raked and taken for composting.
- Large area of land adjacent to the stepping stones on the Northern side of the river
- Smaller area of land adjacent to the stepping stones on the Northern side of the river
- Triangular area of land to the South West of St Nectans by the jubilee oak
The contract is for one calendar year, renewable every year for a maximum of 3 years, with 3 months’ notice. The Contract can be terminated without cause by giving 3 months’ notice.
