If viewers of the Discussion Forum Page have matters which they wish to draw to the attention of St Veep or St Winnow Parish Council would they kindly contact the Clerk stveeppc@gmail.com or one of the Councillors listed on the St Veep Web Page. Urgent Health & Safety matters will be dealt with as soon as possible, otherwise, substantive matters will be dealt with at the next relevant Parish Council Meeting.
NB Parish Council Meetings are open to members of the public who may make representations under the agenda item “Public Participation”. For reasons of probity, whilst Councillors may note matters on the Discussion Forum Page they are unable to discuss them until the Council as a whole has considered them.
