Mainline services between Paddington and Penzance stop here, though not all of them. For timetables, consult the boards at the station and either the national system at national rail or local services at Great Western Region.

Buses

Service buses no longer cover Lerryn. For service buses stopping at Lostwithiel, consult  the south-west section of https://bustimes.org

There is also a community bus, run by local volunteers. This is based in Lerryn, but always picks up in Lostwithiel. See the LAMA  page on this website.

Walking and Cycling

Coastal walking

See the site at South West Coast Path.

Cardinham Woods

This beautiful stretch of woodland caters for walkers, and information can be found at websites provided by the Forestry Commission and also the Woodland Trust. The area has facilities for cyclists too. Cycles can be hired for whole families, but there are also designated red and blue trails for mountain bikers. See the website of Get Active Cornwall.

Lerryn

A recently updated local publication, Six Circular Walks Around Lerryn, is available from Lerryn River Stores.
