RED STORE LERRYN, COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY - CAN YOU HELP?

To allow for changes amongst the roles of the directors, a new secretary plus a treasure/bookkeeper are being sought for The Red Store. If you have an hour or two a month and would like to volunteer for either of these positions which includes typing up the agendas, taking the minutes of the six meetings a year plus sending an annual report to Companies House, also someone to undertake the financial aspects involved with the income and expenditure and liaising with the accountant, then please come along to the AGM to find out more or contact Aly Rumbelow at redstoresec@yahoo.com

The AGM is on Wed 18 March 2020 at 7.00pm in The Red Store followed by drinks and nibbles. Members and non-members are all welcome and the directors look forward to seeing you.
