RED STORE CIC AGM

The next AGM of The Red Store Community Interest Company is on Monday 16 June 2025 at 7.00pm in The Red Store Gallery and the directors invite you to join them and partake in drinks and nibbles after.

The current secretary is wishing to retire from the post and would welcome anyone interested in taking over to come along to the AGM. It involves writing the minutes for about 6 meetings per year and informing Companies House of changes to directors plus requested annual returns.

The Red Store is a waterside multi-purpose community venue on the south bank the river in Lerryn. Our two Parish Councils raised money for the purchase and restoration, with grants and Heritage Lottery funding, work commenced in 2005 and completed the following year. St Veep Parish Council own the building. Please come along to find out more about this beautiful building and how the community benefit.
