The History of St Winnow Church

As part of the Fowey Festival of Arts and Literature, Canon John Halkes, A Friend of St Winnow and a long time adviser on fabric and art to the Truro Diocese and the Cathedral, will give a talk on the Church history, Medieval Carvings and the stained glass windows,  Angela du Maurier worshipped there and is buried in the Churchyard which is a serene and beautiful spot.  Tea and coffee will be provided.  There is a toilet on site.  Entrance is free - donations to aid Church funds welcome.
